Hi,I am going to get a drill for some house DIY. Any suggestion/tip would be great on

a) which drill is reliable and not that expensive to get the job done.
b) consideration on drilling/mounting stuff
c) best shop to get (Ace hardware, Jusco, giant, etc)

-Expect to drill wall for curtail rail
-tiles (bathroom) for tower rail
-door wood (hang cloth)

Please advise

Hi, newbie here. My developer has get these ready
Light point - 18
13 amp power point -17
Fan point - 4
Air cond -2
telephone point - 2
TV point -2
Gate light point - 1
Water heater point -1
Door bell point -1

Due to budget constraint, i will skip do plaster ceiling and just bought the electrical items (light, fan, etc). The next question is who is responsible to do the installation for each items as most shop don't include with installation. here is my opinion

Light point - 18 (not sure)
13 amp power point -17 (not require as i think it is ready)
Fan point - 4 (not sure)
Air cond -2 (should came with installation on where you buy air cond)
telephone point - 2 (not require)
TV point -2 (not require)
Gate light point - 1 (not sure)
Water heater point -1 (plan to add 1 more, got 2 bathroom)
Door bell point -1 (not require)

Can electrician do the installation or ask contractor? I may plan to add more wire/point.

Lastly any price quotation for installation of the item? Thanks
