"P" Driving License Renewal

As the title suggests, my "P" driving license has expired and it's time to change it to the normal license. Can I do that in a post office or must I go to the Jabatan Pendaftaran at one of the UTCs e.g. UTC Sentul?

Help is really appreciated!

Cornell University and LSE in the financial sector

Hi everyone, I would like to know relative reputation of an economics degree from both universities within the financial sector. Both are very different universities as I understand and are reputable in each half of the world. How would Malaysian institutions, both public and private, view both universities? To narrow things down, perhaps a comparative in Banking, policies [BNM/SC], securities and then other parts of the sector might help? Thanks!
