How to prevent user entering char instead of int

I would like my program will only allow user to enter integers and no string and char are allowed.
fflush? but then that is not standard and bad right?
i used to use fflush in c but then kena shoot by lecturer ....and then this year i started to learn c++ in Year 2 so..any sifu can help?
just started with c++ so the code is kinda basic

Twisted ankle due to basketball, it has been 2 week now, i went to the chinese dit da shop and asked for massage but then still pain now...what should i do? clinic? or farmacy can buy some medicine to apply.

I am having a dilemma...I am going to oversea to study soon. (September)

And I am thinking should I get the Lenovo Y500 now and use for 2 months and make sure it is a good unit without any faulty, or wait for Y510P which is coming (don't know when it will come )

I am worry about if I get the Laptop last minute before I depart to UK and get the bad apple (faulty unit) and I will have problem in warranty and rma something like that.

Purpose? Engineering software, assignment and DOTA 2 must in max setting. the only game i play

How do you really move on and forget about your ex...It has been 1 year and a half...I still couldn't forget about her, I tried to work, play games, study and sports whatever I can come out with to keep my mind busy.
But then when some songs (sad love shiats) are played or raining day. I will sure think of her somehow.
Sometimes I will still go and look on her facebook and see how is she now. (Is this normal?)
(She's 20 and married to an 29 guy now, life i dunno if shes enjoying it or not because we are now in a situation that won't be friend anymore, so no chat anymore, probably i farked up all the possibility to be friend with her again due to I said alot of shiat and childish mocking act to her when we first broke up.)

Do you think the problem is due to i am still single now?
