Problem with user accounts!

Greetings people,

I was granted with a new PC at office this morning, and it's running on Win7 ultimate. When I wanted to create another new user Admin account (need to get away from the old one for some reasons), I realise that creating user account feature is missing from the control panel! Here is what i see when i go there

After clicking in..........

After some clicking here and there, I realise the exsisting user (one which i want to delete) is somehow connect to my company's domain.
Is everything disable/controled by the doman admin? Or is it bugged?
Please help, thank you.

The DVD cover isn't that engaging with blend colours, however the booklet is what worth the money. This concert is worth in every bit no matter from which angle you look at it. As I was watching, I don't see ordinary being; but three charming butterflies dancing on stage accompanied with music that can only be heard at Valhalla.

I recommend this album to every JPOP fans. Two-thumbs up.

How to set wireless password with seperated dialer

Problem details
First occurence of problem: I have a seperated dialer which connects to a router. As the router comes with wireless connection, I couldn't set a password (WEP thing) for it. When i key in 192.168.1.1, it goes into the dialer modem's setting page but not the wireless routers. With this, I couldn't set a password for it. Any idea how?

How to check total data transfer this month?

I wonder if i can check my total downloaded/uploaded data for last month. It used to be written on Telekom's bill, but I couldn't find it anywhere now. Any idea? maybe somehwere in tm.net.my?

I've been using for a month and it starts to reset the connection again and again. This is very annoying as I'm trying to download files from Rapidshare. I have to start all over again when it reaches the end.

Dynasty Warriors: Gundam Announced

US, May 9, 2007 - Hack and slash fans with a penchant for sci-fi should mark their calendars now as Namco Bandai and KOEI will ship their joint project, Dynasty Warriors: Gundam, in North America near the end of the summer. Previously released as "Gundam Musou" in Japan a few months back, DW Gundam is from the same development crew that built earlier titles in the series (Omega Force) and will appear on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Xbox Live Membership AUTO renewal!?

I applied for a XboxLive monthly membership yesterday and I just realized that it will automatically update each month using the same credit card.

Is this true? I mean I won't have time to play Live for the next few month so paying it will be a waste. I tried to find an option to cancell this but unfortunately I can't do so.

Should I contact the XboxLive community or is there any way to stop this?

Question about the 360 and Monitor

I got this 17" computer monitor(not wide screen, square size) and I am planning to buy a cable which connects the 360 video output into the monitor. Do you think its a good idea? Will the quality be better than ordinary TV? Will the graphics become "Stretched"?
