Date of transaction: 6/9/15

Details of the complaint :

Contacted his number (016-805 3238), negotiated a little bit and asked a few information about him as a security purposes (Given address: No 37 Lorong Indah Timur 3, 96000 Sibu). Got RM340 after negotiate. He gave me a bank number (101272160589 - Wee Hui Siang), sent the receipt and he said he will post the item on Tuesday (last Tuesday 8/9/15). The next day, I contacted him on Whatsapp no reply, sms and call no answer. Then I pmed him. He replied. He said his phone drop in the water. He then gave me a fake tracking number (EN279018009MY). The next day i checked the tracking number says no record found. Try to contact him through WS/SMS/call/pm but no reply. Then someone told me that the account number is not his. Then I contacted the owner of the account (Wee Hui Siang - 0179818952) and he told me 3 other people have reported the same to him. He said he don't now this forummer, don't have any information about him.
