Granite versus Quartz

Hi Guys,

I was just wondering what is the difference between quartz and granite? so far, from my discussion with a KC guy, he mentioned quality is about the same but the colours are different, being quarts are available in lighter colours whereas granite is available mostly in dark colours.

I also got a quotation from a KC maker here in Lowyat Forum of RM185 for granite/ quartz. The price is the same for both materials.

Is the price ok or is it too high?

Ajai@jakes

What do i start first

Hi guys,

I need some opinions on which should i start first:-

1. Wiring (installation of new light sockets, wall plugs (kitchen for electric oven and bedroom for storage water heater), readjustment of lighing sockets, fitting of new lights, wiring for unifi and cctv etc)
2. Plumbing (insertion of copper piping of hot water from storage water heater, water pump, outside water filter)
3. Kitchen cabinets and wardrobes for bedrooms
4. Plaster ceiling
5. Grills for door and windows

Hope you guys can give me some idea of where to start first. Currently, the house is going thru the defects correction by the developer.

Jakes
