Hi there I come from Seremban and i find out that very less computer shop and technician for PC , so i decided to start up a small business in order to help out the community and learn to manage business, i would like to know how can i start with, if u wouldnt like to share it out to the public, Pm me please

Hi everyone i would like to ask how can i format my laptop the fastest way for both window 7 and 8

i own a HP dv6 i7

my problem: when i want to format my laptop or my fren laptop i do it from the scratch
steps
1.download iso (win 7 / 8)
2.burn into thumb drive
3.format to window 7 then upgrade to window 8 to 8.1
4.download and install driver(sometimes window 7 driver and window 8 driver is a mess)
5.install app like productivy microsoft office and java

sometimes it take more than 50 hours to finish it , any suggestion ?

Across few days i did survey for electronic stuff, laptop, desktop, keyboard,monitor. I find that Dell is the brand that provide both good quality and customer service.

In addition i also found that they are quite number of price that offer by many trader is definitely good price, but yet i still haven buy until i find out the reason. Many trader are selling Dell brand only especially laptop and monitor.

so here i gonna ask
1)shall i just look for the cheapest price with dell warranty?
reason : the customer and quality is come from dell not the seller

2)shall i go for second hand one?
reason : the product of dell is very very very very lasting, maybe u wont need the warranty for that long like 5 years

3)whr should i get the cheapest price?
reason : to start off my business ,the first stage i need to save every single cost and keep the productivity as high as possible

4)how can i get the dealership info for dell brand
reason : im starting a small shop at my hometown in seremban, i need to get supplies, dell seems a very good brand to carry

5)should i get one set of 24" or 2x 19" monitor (dual screen setup) for my business?
reason : one for online survey and one for offline work and account management
