Subsale unit with extension

Dear sifus,

I am going to purchase a subsale unit without approval for extension. The owner does not want to go through the process because he is selling it already. For me as a buyer, is this common?

The lawyer comment the below,
1. Cancel the deal
2. Take the deal and bare the risk.

Remark : The previous valuation report included the extension part. Does this means it is original design from developer?

So this weekend ayam got wedding dinner by one of my friend la. He die die want to organize his wedding dinner because already paid and planned for 1 year plus. As a friend, will you go? If x pergi nanti dia x mau kawan because don't support.him.

He already asked everyone do rtk saliva test before joining dinner. The dinner got 100 tables in air conditioned hall wahoo.

It has been awhile since I posted here and I am posting this again to give a clearer picture on potential business partners.
I have a factory that manufacture bedding products and I am currently looking for interested parties as below

a) Manpower supplies company
For manpower supplies company, I can supply pillows, mattress, lockers, etc which are approved by Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) Malaysia. I have been serving lots of agencies in Negeri Sembilan where their clients are MNCs located in Bandar Enstek. Not to mentioned, I also have clients in Shah Alam and Sunway area.

b) Hypermarkets
I have supplied to hypermarkets and still working on it. If there is someone that can linked me to the purchasing department of hypermarkets such as Giant, etc... I am happily to talk to you and we can work this out together.

c) Potential investors / distributor
