Problem with Sharing LAN.

Hi guys.

I've already setting my pc (Windows XP)

Use the following IP address

IP address : 1.1.1.7
Subnet Mask : 255.0.0.0
Default gateway 1.1.1.1

Use the following DNS server addresses

Preferred DNS server : 202.188.1.5
Alternate DNS server : 202.188.0.133

while in my laptop (Windows 7)

IP address : 1.1.1.8
Subnet Mask : 255.0.0.0
Default gateway 1.1.1.1

Use the following DNS server addresses

Preferred DNS server : 202.188.1.5
Alternate DNS server : 202.188.0.133

I try type \\1.1.1.7 from my laptop to view my pc (sharing folder) and the folder that i want to share is appear. but after click it.. this popup box appeared.

Network Error
You do not have permission to access \\PC-folder name. Contact your network administrator to request access.

What's the problem????? I also try turn off firewall and disable my AV(avira free edition) between my pc and laptop. I also set Workgroup name same for laptop and pc. Before this I have success sharing files..
