Copy, paste and paste file/folder

Hi guys. I have a problem with my windows 7 home premium. I did not really realize when it started to happen, but when I tried to copy and paste files/folder, there was no windows/box that shows the progress of the copy process. In normal circumstances, we will be able to see the windows that shows the file/folder transfer process, but in my case there is no such box appears. Hence, I cannot cancel the process if I want to and not be able to see the time, size and other information we usually see in the progress windows.

I did some google but all to no avail. The closest i've found was this

But no answer as well. I hope lowyat forum computer experts can help me. I already tried tera copy as well, but still no windows..

Hi guys. I need some help. Last 3 days until now, got someone kacau me, keep smsing, misscalling but when i call back he nvr answer. He kept bugging me until I cant sleep liao. keep saying syg <insertmynamehere>, laughing, i like! and bla3. its damn annoying. i asked his name so many times bt he gave so many excuses. i think its a he coz in 1 sms he mentioned about "potong" which i quite sure he refer to his penis. I sms all my frens asking whether they noe that no but none of them noe. Some fren also told me to block his no but my hp cannot do that one.

I kinda scared bcoz last time in uni got 1 psychopath stalk me, know my tshirt color, what n when class i got, who my fren, what i do and also he know my room no! trust me its so scary! luckily after graduate he dun contact me ady.

So how la? what to do! if can i duwan change my hp no coz use long time dy. plus its upax. ^^

How to bypass my college download limit

Erm.. here's the situation.. my university network does not allowed student to download more than 2mb. The reason the gave us was to prevent the network congestion.

So my question is.. is it possible to download more than the limit (2mb)? i only know it involves tunneling n stuff but I simply dont know how. Can anyone help me in this or at least show me where to start?

How to gain access on to \Documents and Settings\N

Last week i brought back my hard disk to be installed on my home pc as slave. But then, I forgot something that i cannot access folder in my \Documents and Settings\bla2 directory maybe because of the ntfs and private thingy. So is there any way for me to access that folder? When double click always popup Access is denied. please2 help...
