I retired on August 2013. I have been waiting for more than six months now and still have not yet received the Retirement Benefit Payments I was entitled to. I am trying to avoid filing a lawsuit as it will certainly involve huge legal costs.

I issued the first reminder letter one month ago. The company contacted me once to notify that I have to wait another month for the payment to be issued. I refused to agree on the issue as it has already been delayed for such a long period of time. Nonetheless, the amount of payment mentioned by the company was much lesser than what I calculated.

The company refused to make any contact with me after the disagreement. Given the situation, I issued the second reminder letter. It was once again ignored by the company.

I desperately need the payment to be issued, yet I do not know what further collection efforts could be implied. I really need help, please advice.

(WTA) Engine fail to start

Hi everyone , i hope someone can help me with my car (vios2003 edition)

Sometimes when i enter my car , i could not start the engine . There is no sound during the start up . But the car will start after 10 ~ 30 mins . And sometimes the engine will shut down it self when i change my gear to Reverse or put to Neutral , then i have to wait a moment to start the engine again. ( and there is a yellow engine indicator light up on my dashboard)

I have sent my car to my nearest mechanical. They scan through my car and detect a timing sensor spoil but the problem still persist. I suspect is the immobilizer problem but it still happen after i cut it . ..

My car was badly damage after i hit a truck on an highway , then the car was sent to a workshop , claim by insurance of course.
When I get back my car , i sent it to my friend workshop for inspection. He say i was cheated by him , the craftsmanship is shitty like shit. He say i will not able to sell my car agn.

1.5VVTI turbo or Mivec 2.0 ?
