Forest city is a strategic point to compete with singapore.
it could attract more foreign investment in finance, IT, logistics, tourism, and education.
all these could make it a vanguard to compete with singapore and become the hub and tax free port.

but the unwise development schedule there is to build more and more residential buildings to earn quick money first and then jump into other sectors to develope. now you know why new govt said it has no economic value instead of building the local unaffordable building!

as long as they start to build REAL finance, IT, logistics, tourism and education PRODUCTS and brings in realistic and REAL economic value to Johor and Malaysia, there is no doubt they could realise the 6000 billion worth economic value in forest city.

forest city has another huge potential goal for malaysia, let's discuss it later on.

Debt Solver-2: HSR v2

to build the HSR from singapore to KL was a doped project idea.
what the hell we did not care about the bridging of the Pan-asia railway blueprint from north?
head down to build the south part of HSR between singapore and kl would just leave a gap from kl to thailand, and economic value wouldn't be larger than the northern HSR project. benefit would just in favour to singapore.

to bridge the thailand down to kl is more worthy, it bridges up the link to thailand, fill up the network for southeast asia, complete the pan asia railway.
ok, we could build the southern part from kl to singapore after our govt could afford it.

remove the umno HSR v1, change it to HSR v2(kl to thailand)

cancel the East coast railway project and build HSR v2 is more worthy.

innocent second had smokers(colleagues/clients) are affected
