[HELP] Upgrade Advise for 4K Gaming

I have a new 4K TV that I will be gaming on, and want to upgrade my system to handle the demand at the resolution. While current GPU is able to handle this at 25-30fps on Medium Settings, I want to push the FPS at high / ultra settings.

Below is the specs for my current rig. Would just upgrading the GPU to a 1080 suffice, or should I consider changing other components like CPU, RAM, PSU, etc?
