WTA Landlord never give house agreement

I rent one unit and after 2yrs..
still they haven't give me rental agreement..

my friend ask me to stop payment n let him find me..
i stop 4 mths..
then he ask where's the money..and come to the house with lawyer n police..

but he only show a 5page document that the other day i sign regarding the house amenities, what's inside and the inventory..
but it's not being stamp whatsoever..

and he say he will bring this case to court bcz i didnt pay him money 4mths..

MY QUESTION,
if he bring to court whereby all this while i nvr receive a tenancy agreement,
could i win the case?

and fyi,the agent also already gone i don't know where,

As per topic..
I have a few friend of mine from Thailand and Indonesia..
They've been staying here for so long (studying here from primary or highschool)..

Now their student visa almost finish..
My friends need to do working visa bcz the company they go for internship with cannot (or maybe dont know how) to do working visa for them..

I want to help them but i myself cannot do anything and dont know any channel to do this visa...

And i wanna ask is there any possibilities for them to do PR instead ? (permanent residence -- as in red card)
Bcz one of them have been staying here for at least 15years..

As per topic..
So he accused by the girl bcz appearently

a guy witness him taking the phone ONLY from the table..

Where by

my friend he was cleaning up the table cz got lot of customer come in..no place for them to sit if he didnt clean it up faster..

However the girls still no puas hati call police n make report n straight accused my friend..
Police then only check him..
Other staff no checking..

Im asking here for..
Is that fair for the girl n witness to straight accuse my friend?
N police doing the right thing by just checked him or should have check everyone?

IF in cctv

is not showing he's taking it
but showing he clean up table n just slide all down to the basket n throw..
is he still guilty?

Been two days having uneasy stomach n i just keep farting..
Sometimes heart burn..n feel cold at night..just cant sleep properly..
Eno didnt quite do the job..

Sometimes i feel like vomiting but i just dont want to do it..
Bcz the pain when you have to like vomit out everything..
Its just painful n disturbing much to me..

I've been farting more than usual n my stomach is just upset..
