Malaysia long term visa pass/spouse visa

Hi guys, so Im a Malaysian, working in Singapore and going to marry my wife who is a China citizen working in Singapore as well. As per the information I get from below website, I can actually apply for long term visa pass/spouse visa for her. It is because we wanted to buy a house in JB, and will she able to stay in Malaysia for a long period and travel in and out SG to work. So my question is as below, can anyone with experience answer me?

Is it hard to apply for the long term visa pass/spouse pass for her?

If lets say her ltvp approved, can she travel in between sg and malaysia frequently and still working in Singapore?

no display

Hello guys,

After i on the start button of my desktop, there were no display on my monitor. When i press any button on my keyboard, the keyboard light, the one showing num lock, caps lock, they were all blinking.

Yesterday there was some problem d, when im using, suddenly the screen will freeze, i cant open task manager. Its the same when i press any key, the keyboard light will keep on blinking. Then i had to force restart it.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my comp..?

Can employer check my EPF?

Hello guys, would like to ask whether employer can access via EPF to check on my previous company/job?
I mean, can they check on how much my previous company contribution?

I'll just be honest, so previously I worked in Company A for 3 months, and then Company B for 3 months. But in my resume I make it look better by changing it to Company B for 6 months. My new employer offer me the job, but they ask for my EPF statement/i-akaun copy.

Do I really have to give them? And can they check with the EPF department regarding the info of my previous company and my previous company contribution? Can they check my total and my previous contribution statement?

how far isit? I am not from KL/Selangor, but wish to know the distance and traffic condition during morning before office hour and evening after office hour.
From asia jaya -> city area, lets say raja chulan
