Oppo phone warranty

Hi I'm new to Oppo phone, just checked the phone warranty at https://support.oppo.com/in/warranty-check/

And found that the warranty period is running although the phone box is sealed.

I wonder if oppo phone warranty will be started from purchase date, not the moment we start the phone like other brand phones?

Hi, I'm using unifi and wondering any recommendation for VPN to watch Olympics Rio as I don't want to sign up a year subscription for sports channels. If possible I want a VPN that won't impact on speed because most of the events are live ones. Not sure if VPN will work. Thanks.

Paypal withdrawal of currency rate

Hi, I intend to sell on ebay US / Aus . I have checked that Ebay will charge seller for final value and International site visibility fees.

For paypal fees, approx. 3.9% + RM2.

Additionally, if my received money whether in US / AUS dollar, I believe money will be converted to RM for withdrawal to local bank account.

How many % of currency conversion from US to RM or AUS to RM ? I am guessing around 3%.

Buying a house should uses 1 or 2 persons name?

Hihi, I thought wanna use my name on loan and house title only.

However, agent said if my name is blacklisted for whom uses my name to apply loan or card. My house will be absorbed as blacklisted property.

Agent advise to use mine and mum name on title but loan under my name only.

Is it best solution ?

Why someone else always said if I died, my house won't need to be paid? what kind of circumstance?

Hi, I purchased a second single storey terrace 395k at JB Tmn Sentosa, loan approval with OCBC 355,500. First house buyer, should be entitled 50% stamp duty additionally. Thanks. I got quotation from bank lawyer who quoted me 15k totally.
