Using Catalyst Control Center to stretch screen

Hi guys, I'm wondering if you could help me with this.

My display adapter is ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO. I play some old games and I want to attempt to stretch their resolution to fit my 1600 x 900 widescreen monitor. I've been searching for solutions for this on Google and they all point me to use the Catalyst Control Center. But whatever they told me to do, I can't find it in my CCC. I don't know if it's the version difference problem or what. I'm using Windows XP 32-Bit. Here is a screenshot of my CCC window...

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to do screen stretching?
