Facing some problem...it restart

Hi to all Senior-Senior and Sifu-Sifu....
currently i face a problem with my old pc....which was a amd sempron socket 754( which i know is quite old )
it sometime will happen like this, once game is being install or play...onli those soft-soft game like those yahoo game or flash game...
the pc will restart by itself. This is 1st scenario....
the 2nd scenario is when i turn on, i will hear a few beep sound...and nth appear at screen after that....i have to restart a few time onli it come back normal...
the 3rd scenario is that it come out 1 error message at the 1st screen, saying CMOS checksum error until i replace the mobo battery and the problem happens very less liao...

So need some advise here...what problem cause the restart and could not boot up?

My phone is spoil. Screen is ok...just no sound on the speaker there. That means i cant hear ppl speak at all but wat i say other ppl can hear.

So how much would it cost to fix it and anyone know where can fix it in KL.

I own a Panasonic VS 2, and now it is broken.
When flip up, the screen is ok...is just no sound.
So i suspect mayb the connector that is connecting both side has broken.

So expert here, anyone know any shop that can fix it or anyone know how to fix it?
And need around how much? BTW...i from KL.

i have try use the webbrowser to put in the .gif file but it come out to be not very nice...so anyone here tell me,is there any other method in putting .gif file into the VB...

Why My Termal Paste Oways Like This

my pc start to restart automatically and i think the cause of it is over heat...
but i have change the stock cooler and i notice 1 thing...i apply new termal paste on it and in around 1 month time it will not restart automatically and after that those termal paste will seems like move onli to the side of the proc and leave the center area without the paste...after that my pc will auto restart again...why it happen like this?
Any senior here can help me on that...i'm using the cooler master Nono Fusion termal paste...

I bought a GC from them....when buy that time they wat oso say ok and this and that...but finali after 6 month my GC got prob...so sent back fro warranty...
then they ask me wait for 1 month....that is ok...so i waited...then they ask me wait for 1 more month...ok,i waited again...finali...now after 6 month they tell me the supplier had change a different GC for me...
When i bought i pay for Gigabyte price and now came back from warranty they say change to Palit brand.Since when Palit take over Gigabyte...anyone know?
I din take it back...and i demand for my Gigabyte GC back....
Can anyone help me...i need to do wat now...
this is a ConMan shop....feel like being cheated...
