hp compaq 41 notebook problem

hi all...this is my first topic in this community.I have a problem with my friend laptop.
First,When I switch on the laptop there is noisy sound like hardware failure. Its goes about 10 sec and the window not boot but the black screen came out and ask to boot the operating system (window7) and another choice is run window memory test at the bottom. When I run the memory test, let it run until finish then the laptop will reboot again and still the noise sound came out. And still the black screen appear again, but this time I just select to boot window .the os can boot normaly.the result of mem test appear and say there is nothing wrong.

Second thing is when I point the mouse to any icon at the desktop and open it,a pop up window come out ask "do you really want to delete this shortcut to recycle bin?" the window popup appear non stop until some time the laptop hang and need to force shut down by power button.

hope someone can give me a solution or advice of this weird problem .

the laptop model is cq41 with amd proc, 3year old already
