A Solutions Consultant Job Scope

***Prospect and introduce services
***Liaising with customers on their enquiries in any mode of communication - phone, face-to-face, live chat, e-mail
***Able to communicate with prospects and/or clients proficiently in English. Bilingual in Malay or Chinese is an added advantage.
***Prepare presentation materials and agreements for clients.
***Required to do presentation to clients on company products and services.
***Proactively generate leads and manage sales cycle.
***Work on a specific and targeted market.
***Initiates sales strategy for sales growth.
***Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
***Meet weekly and over-all monthly targets.
***Participates proactively on sales planning to improve revenue.
***Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business code ethics.
