This happenned many times and worst thing, she even throw a pail of water towards my brother. Then, my brother scream and said why u throw rubbish and water? my neighbour just hide into the house. My neighbour aged 40plus lady, a bit mental. My brother press the door bell but she just hiding inside and refuse to come out and my brother climb into her gate and asked her to stop it. Then, my brother return home and heard a loud noise, the neighbour throw 2 brick and break my brother&#39;s car front glass. The front car glass was broken and we knew my brother also got fault because he climb into her house. Now the neighbour has made police report because my brother climb to her house. Also, other neighbours can witness that the mental women throw brick and broke the car glass. My brother also making police report now. <br /><br />Questions (Need serious advise) we are worried for my brother. <br /><br />1. Climb into her house is a serious offence, any advise? <br />2.
