Hi there! currently I'm looking for any opportunity to invest an apartment in Puchong area (preferable if near to future LRT or location easily to rent out). Budget below RM240K. BTW, I know that cost of properties at Puchong area is terrible high now. Is there any other potential area for investment?? Your advise and comments are really useful for me, thanks!!
