Overview:
The Account cum Admin Executive is responsible for assisting the lead accountant on the management and reporting of financial data of an organization. Day-to-day responsibilities of this role include preparing financial statements, examining and analyzing Company’s accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures.

Responsibilities:
· Keep company accounting transactions and tax returns up to date.
· Prepare payroll-related documentations.
· Conduct online and offline payments.
· Record keeping and filing.
· Ensure financial statements and records are accurate and do comply with laws and regulations.
· Monitor and analyse budgets/expenses of the company and projects, and advise on ways to reduce costs and increase profits.
· Compile and present financial and budget reports.
· Financial forecasting and risk analysis.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or related fields required.
· 1 - 3 years of working experience as an Accountant in SME (Fresh grads are welcomed to apply too).
· Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
· Hands-on experience with accounting software (Million System, UBS, SQL, Quickbooks, etc) is preferable.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, and excelling at interpersonal skills.
· Detailed-oriented with figures and documentations
· Professional qualifications in Accountancy such as ACCA will be an added advantage.

Overview:
• To execute sales strategy to achieve profitability and growth objectives, thus ensuring high customer satisfaction during business delivery.
• To drive sales figures through tenders by developing and managing relationships with customers, as well as interacting with them consistently to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Work with Project Execution, Service, and Project Development teams to provide proposals for system design and system solutions to satisfy customers’ needs.
• Attend tender site visits, assess site conditions with abovementioned teams in terms of costing, formulate proposals for tender submission, and ultimately follow up through till the tender award phase.
• Independently develop and follow up Service-based projects to provide solutions for customers.

Requirements:
• Minimum qualification of Diploma/Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge of Fire Protection Systems, Controls, and Building Management System would be preferred.
• Experience in Building/Construction industry would be preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
