Legal Procedures of selling my property?

Hi Gurus,

I have a fully paid down titled leasedhold commercial landed property going to be sold to a wanted buyer. I need anyone here to explain to me the legal/Govt/Whatevar procedures I need to do. I understand I need to assign a lawyer but the buyer said he got his own lawyer to do this. Before I go ahead I really need you guys to explain to me as much as possible in term of step by step including of what the lawyer will actually do. I wanted to be well informed and not rely on other side information and whatevar they told me.

1.) The legal fee should be handle by who, the buyer right?

2.) Step by step of what the lawyer will do? And also what I should do? Or take note?

3.) Will I be cheated? Like signed and then not getting my money?

4.) What precaution I need to take note? Or what necessary steps I need to take to protect myself?

Please I need these answers urgently. Thank you if you can help explain to me. Sorry that Im really noob in all these.

A new Chinese Male & Female Duet Song

Hi,

Just want to ask anyone that recently I heard a new duet song by a probably a chinese male and female singer but don't know from who and title unknown. The stupid DJs from 988 and MY.FM never mentioned title everytime the song played. It seem they care more on those cheesy pop artist.

The duet love song is quite strong in term of pitch and tone like classical performance. I think the male and female singer should be from mainland China. The male is 孙楠 perhaps but I'm not really sure.

Anyone got any idea of this song?

What is/How to calculate BLR and interest rate?

Anyone can provide a explanation and sample calculation for any loan package? I just need to understand how these BLR things and interest rate are calculated for a sample house above. Also explain a bit.
