Job position: Manufacturing Administrative (Store/Production)

Job description:
- Handle customer purchase order, invoicing and delivery order
- Record accurate, clear, complete and concise notes from customers inside system
- Processing customer orders, shipment, data entry
- Some delivery coordination
- Handling production schedule and planning
- Management of store inventory and allocation
- Other adminstrative duties may be assigned as needed by supervisors

Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM required
- Basic English for understanding and communication
- Willing to learn and positive working attitude
- Flexible in multi-tasking
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer knowledge is a must (Microsoft Word & Excel)

Hi All,

Any one encounter before new hired company wiling to pay you one month to leave earlier from current company that require 2 months notice upon resign?
You pay first and then new company only paying you back. What "description" they use to pay back the amount?

I got one case new company paying back as "allowance" stated in the pay slip and tax occur from there
Payroll agent mentioned is was tax law from Malaysia government that need to follow
