canceling hotel booking with cancellation charge

so i cancelled a hotel in booking.com which stated pay at the counter

when i hit cancel button it show got cancellation fees of rm200
but they dont have my credit card info, only my phone number.
i dont even login to booking.com in the first place to book it

how will they find me to make me pay for that?
they will harrass me?
im so scare
