I have issues with deco x50 router, before this never use sim router now after buying this, unable to connect to internet, said wrong apn, but no APN setting on 4/5G mode.

Extra info. Used on celcom too, works well. On maxis, cant connect for some reason, if use on phone no problem even with hotspotm

Hello peeps,

So recently I opened CDS account with Maybank online. Paid the RM10 submit payslip, then in my account already got the 'cash account'.

But I can't find option to trade, when click on invest, it says need to open another account/investment account.

I usually trade USA stocks using webull, kinda straight forward but with this Maybank CDS, I'm a bit clueless.

I want to know what is the best Hybrid car brand in Malaysia market.

I read a few said some hybrid aren't real hybrid, like Nissan hybrid.

How bout Toyota? I read that Toyota is like the leading in hybrid market, but some said it use more fuel than Honda EHEV.

So which is the best, and why.

PS : was looking at camry 2017 but few says better buy new, then I booked s70 fx but feel like cancel the booking as looking for bigger car and maybe hybrid system.

ps 2 : innova fenix hybrid looks good but at 200k out of budget.

I'm here to ask of you all for your best opinion.

I'm here at company A for 2 going 3 years soon, what was promised is already down the drain. For example, at first the promise me after collecting enough time, they will sponsored me for exam for promotion but that didn't happen. And a lot of mishaps happen to me during tenure with this company. Even promotion was taken from me due to argument with bosses, despite I was right the office just tell me to kept it shut.

With A, I'm earning irregular salary, 1. Due to currency exchange and 2.the supervisor.

Now I received offer from other company, B offer higher by 20% and higher rank which was what taken from me before, but that rank in the company would be higher by 50% than my salary.

Then comes C, which is my desired company but due to my work I was unable to join them at time of call, and might be join them if still got vacancy after raya. Nothing stated, but can be up to 50-100% of current salary, same rank as B offer only different type of work scope.

What is the best option for me?

Update #1 - B initially offer me 50% higher than current, later another person from B offer me 20%. Thus making me a bit sceptical from start. However, the person would set IV date later for us to discuss.

#2 - Just went to B, offer me higher than A but since this is foreign company, no EPF so I have to pay EPF 23-24% monthly, salary higher by 60% but after epf +-200 diff from A. C nothing yet, just acknowledge that I am ready to join but zero info

I have a Saga Flx belong to my in laws that never change the absorber since bought, 2013, and now looking to change for comfort and good cornering.

Not really drive fast unless on highway +- 110/120 and mostly use for city drive.

I looked into some option such as Titan, KYB rs ultra and zeroone. But prefer non adjustable as I be too lazy to adjust and mostly my wife use it for daily drive.

Please advice what's the best, and maybe can recommend shop to do in klang valley.

If you reading most of my post before it's mostly about job advice, and here I am seeking opinion from you all again.

I been with a company for almost 2 years now, and working offshore.

This is my 5th company in this industry and so far this is 'company not so bad but the people is damn horrible' case.

To start, before I join, I was with big international company, salary was good, job wasn't bad but things were going south at the end of my contract where I was attacked during working, and the management prefer to shove it under the mat.

Then I was offered to this current company, where at first they said ' they would sponsor me for the exam', 'sponsored exam' is why I am here in the first place.

So I join, 1st contract, say A position, then going there B position. Then they cincai cincai, and just cut short the period of work due to many people were not happy with the role issue.

2nd contract is where all hell break loose for me, now the person who hired me is working together, the one who says ' sponsored exam' told me that the company don't do sponsorship anymore, last was 4-7 years ago. ok la, have to accept, I'm there already. Then it got worse, I got injured onboard, and my injury wasn't reported to the office. The one who didn't do the reporting, is the same person who hired me.

This whole fiasco, still didn't settle today, after 5 months of recovery, I go ahead and work for 3rd contract and after 2 weeks, I fall ill to another sickness. Lucky for me, on this contract, lots of people taught me on what to do regarding my last injury. Like whom to contact, what need to do, and file in report as obviously the last person in charge, didn't do shit.

Now, Doctor told me, all I had to do is rest for 6 weeks+-, and since the issue on my 2nd contract still not settle, office seems like reluctant to let me work, while doctor told them is okay for him to be there but he unable to do heavy duty task as the part where I'm injured might aggravated. But office representative answer is, don't do anything there, come back.

Then I proceed to ask company HR, and the HR told me, she didn't know anything regarding my issues.

So what am I supposed to do.

UPDATE #1

So I got called for 'investigation' and 90% agreed that I am right, I'm making the right call in doing that report, HR even said if they can do this to you who knows went & who this can happen to.

BUT, the 10% is the issue, they asked me on how can 'improve' the company in dealing stuff like this.

So I recommend like, firing the 'dangerous' person, take actual action like demotion, and even hiring better people since this is ore kito type of company. Mind you this is international level of company but 60% english is basic level, 20% don't even know english except yes no, the other 20% is more than average.

So the respond I get,
1 : if we do like you said, nobody will be working here since most will be fired. They know there is wrong doing.
2 : Drugs are taken lightly, so if nobody report we can't do anything, and if there is, again ore kito, we need ore kito to improve ???
3 : If we do exam before hiring, if we do like those international company, 90% people won't be hired and almost 95% ore kito unable to join.
4 : Your injury report was late, why we have no idea so we just verbally warn them.
5 : the reason why we block you is because the place you were supposed to join, the culprit is there so at the moment we hold you off as the person is much important than you.
6 : Do you think you able to work as before? Maybe you can move to shore, or maybe just find other job since your injury can't be recovered.
7 : Sent me again those injury report and doctor letter than go to our clinic to get confirmation, because no idea report missing? (note I sent them everything on the day I get, but somehow between them there is no communication or someone just let it rot)

Anyway, I pass all the offshore medical but company still not responded to any of my email after the 'investigation' and medical.

Posting here to vent a bit.

So a company that I wanted to join headhunt me, all is good until yesterday.

They ask me to sent certificates and so on, and everything is alright except for this 1 certification that in my rank/job not required.

They ask me to take it, and the whole semenanjung only got 3 place that offer and only 2 out of 3 that actually have the course, and both not in this month, mid June only got which by then I won't be available anymore.

So they just said, 'so sorry but without that certain certificate, we are unable to offer a job to you'.

Now they already sent me the job, propose salary, yada yada but since day 1 never said need that certificate. Only after a week said need that particular, then they go on and said 'our company need that 3 certificate, like PRIORITY must have'. and in Malaysia, that certain certificate need company sponsor and/or certain rank only.

Now, I'm a bit fucked coz I delay delay my current job because I was like 90% sure gonna be with new company.

Hello guys,

Long story short as I already tried everything including change channel, reset and on/off nothing seems to work.

Using AX55 since it came out, all these while 5ghz is working fine suddenly today, it connected but no internet while the 2.4 got.

Pc can't connect at all, phone can connect SOMETIMES and off by itself.

Because, working in this industry, for me, I can't have 12 months salary due to our on and off nature of work.

Working 3-9 months with big salary then for other month 0 salary.

How do you guys got your loan approved and how do you maintain paying the loan while off work?

Hope you guys doing well during this crisis.

I have a bit of issue which I really need opinion of others.

I have consult my superior and they too agrees on what I'm saying.

To start, I'm a sailor, rankless working in offshore industry.

In 14 days, it is supposed to be my sign off day however, it seems like the company don't want to let me off.

Now issue no 1, this ship all safety issue is expired, all include liferaft and even helideck.

No 2. Bureau Veritas(BV) don't do its job despite sending us the task that need to be done. Why no idea.

No 3, the pay is ridiculous, the only reason I agreed the first place is because of we have our own agreement but now due to previous superior have sign off, the new one refuse to promote me.

4. Lots of crew, marine crew don't have certification for them to board this ship, and yet they are and being same or more than me despite being same rank.

5. My agreement is 2 on 2 off, 1 year contract, by marine law if I'm to be drag more than stated, I'm supposed to get compensated, or sent me a new contract to which only if I agreed then can let me continue onboard, if not have to sent me back. But company refused to do so.

My previous superior told me that I was supposed to get promoted due to lack of man power and still get my job done, and have no issue within my job scope, and for no 4 issue, he too agreed I should been paid more than as I do have the certification and experience.

So I would you guys to give opinion, criticize or anything, about what can I do in this situation.

The war isn't with me and the ship crew but more towards the company.

I'm still learning about stocks, before this I have used e-toro to play around that was 4-5 years ago stop playing since and now somebody told me about DIVIDEND stocks.

So, all to sifus can enlighten me with how do I buy a stock that give me dividend as as far as I know it's only buy/sell with profit gain or loss at certain percentage.

Also is IQ-option a good place to buy dividend stock, if not can give me few app/sites that can do.

Going back home from courses

Hey guys,

I really really need answer for this as my mind going haywire already.

I was sent to PJ take courses on 16th and supposedly ended on 19th, but due to the order, the courses finish early.

My hotel was provided until 20th, now supposedly I go back to kuantan which is my home.

But can I do that? I can't stay in a hotel till 31st, or maybe indefinitely until the virus died.

Also, I travel by public transport, is flight still okay to be use? Saw ticket still selling klia-ktn, but not sure will be stop or not once at airport.

Update 1 : Bought flight ticket on 1st april, got cancel. Proly stuck here indefinitely. Will go police station and ask if able to go back by car, borrow friend car if can go back.

Update 2: Hey guyss! I finally got home! I just borrow my friend car, pass thru the roadblock and just tell them my situation and all is well.
