Myvi got hit from the back

Long story short,

Got into an accident, where the I got hit from the back by another car.

As usual, the reverse sensor, mudguard, and boot became faulty.

Sent it to the workshop and got it fixed.

Now the problem is whenever I go over a pothole or an uneven road, there some random knocking sound on the left back side of the car.

I checked everything, and it all seems to be in place, tried pulling the boot myself and cant recreate the sound.

Any ideas? Could it be the boot damper?

Long story short,

A tyre shop in Puchong did not give me the right tyres, and this nearly cost me my life when the tyre punctured on the highway.

So in return, I wrote a review on the shops' Google business section.

Owner now is threatening me to take legal actions by sending a whatsapp message claiming that I should take it down in 3 days.

Whats my option? Do I heed this empty threat?

UPDATE! Advice Needed for Tyre Scam

Long story short;

- Bought a pair of Continentals CC6 on lazada
- Proceeded to workshop to repair

- Workshop changed tires, but tried the usual nut needs replacing, mounting needs replacing scam
- Upon changing the tires, on the highway, the front tire became flat (picture of flat tire)

- Had to stop by the roadside to replace with spare tire, realized the tire cap is also changed (picture of cap), then I called the workshop, owner told me the valve is leaking
- I replaced all 4 valves just 6 months ago, how did the owner even knew the valve leaked just by a phone call
- The new tires has a circular bruised line of the sidewall

- Drove back to workshop, changed tire, owner tried to charge me for the valve, argued and got it free
- Gave a nasty review on lazada, and went to another workshop to check on the flat tire to see if its usable. This workshop told me the tires are fully damaged, and needs replacing as soon as possible. (See picture on the black dust/powder on the tire)

- Workshop which I gave the review on, called me, and told me come back upon receiving the review, told me he will change both the tires to a Goodyear brand.

Question, should I proceed with heading back to the workshop for replacement? If so, what should I be aware off?

-- UPDATE --

When to change the tires today, the workshop gave me a Goodyear Duraplus. But they were really rude compared to the first time, I just remained calm throughout the process, ain't gonna be dealing with them anymore.

The owner kept pestering me if I told Lazada about it, I told them, "No I didn't."

It's a good thing Lazada gave them a penalty.
