Anyone planned for wedding during CMCO? I have prepared everything long time ago, in fact limiting the guest numbers, wedding cards and all set for this month end wedding.

And all of sudden today's CMCO announcement just drop like a bomb on my head.

Recently, I have booked for a new LC135 and everything went fine as what the sales person told me e.g loan period,amount and so on.So, I have told the shop guy to get a red/black colour. Yesterday, he called and asking me to choose different colour as he got no stock now,and if wait for new stock there will no stock and it is subject to GST. I don't prefer the white colour, easy to get dirt. Please help me why is GST is imposed as it is not my fault, I have cleared on my side, any idea how should I deal this..

Hi,recently I have hired a contractor to renovate my double story house with a sum of money.We have signed a agreement which says all the things that he have agree to do. After 2 months and now and after I paid almost 80%(1st -40%,2nd-40%,balance 20% after completing the works),now he is saying that the money is not enough to complete all the works,he claim he wrongly calculated the budget and saying I need to settle all the money and pay more to him to complete all the works.He started to slows down the works,grills,wiring,doors,windows all not fixed yet.

I feel like being cheated,is there any legal act that I can take against him? I have a written document of all the works to be done mutual signed by both parties.Please help and guide me what to do..I am totally lost and getting worried about this
