P1 Wimax totally fail

Greeting everyone. Today i wanna share my experience about P1 2Mbps Unlimited Plan. Well atleast when i subscribe it was fast about 3 months or so but this year i donno what they got on upgrade or whatever crap it could be......for past 3 days im getting this speed even though had complained 2 times aswell online selfcare support too. It still the connection very poor & it took about few min or even not at all to do the speed test.

As you all can see.....the upload speed rather higher than download so when i asked them about this........careline as usual give me suggestion to change this & that. What more funny was they asking me to change DNS to 8.8.8.8 & when i asked why ........they reply this is STATIC P1 DNS. what the heck ? how come google dns became P1 dns & when is it occur or am i out from this world to know this is really had happened
