Recently I've been taking interest into reading annual reports.

However, I realised that I don't really understand how the Analysis of shareholding part

Scenario:
Name of Company = XXX
Authorised Share Capital = 100,000,000 (100m)
Issued Share Capital = 50,000,000 (50m)
Paid-up Share Capital = 25,000,000 (25m)
Class of Shares = Ordinary Shares of RM0.50 each

Question:
The Shareholders part has direct and indirect interests
e.g Assuming Mr.ABC has combined interest of 10,000,000 (10m) shares

How do we count how much shares in RM he has?
e.g. price of XXX shares = RM 1.00 ( why its different from the class of shares figure i.e. RM 0.50)

Is Mr.ABC shares worth 10,000,000 x RM 1.00 = RM 10,000,000?

Hi all,

I've been doing a revamp on my companies excel files and theres a problem I face thats taking up most of my time.

PROBLEM: Transfering data from 1 report to another.

SCENARIO:
File 1
Column A has the unique key called OUTLET CODE (A0001)
Column B has the sales figure

File 2
Column A has the unique key called OUTLET CODE (A0001)
Column C is where I want to enter the sales figure

e.g.
File 1
A3 = A0001
B3 = 1000.00

File 2
A5 = A0001
C5 = where i want to enter "File 1's B3 data"

I have hundreds of records to transfer and its taking a lot of time for me to do the sorting and checking.
Is there a way to perform a query that can match column A's data and auto copy column B's data into another area specified.

e.g. COPY File 1 Column B (the row where File 1 Column A data = File 2 Column A data ) and copy to File 2 Column C (where row where File 1 Column A data = File 2 Column A data)

Hope someone can help me with this thanks

Hi guys, I want to buy a pair of business shoes but I don't know what to buy.

Theres a number of questions I would like to ask here;

What do you look for when buying business shoes? (Brand,Price,Quality,Comfort,Design etc)

Where do you shop for shoes? (Deparmental stores(Jusco,Parkson,Metro) or normal boutiques?)

Any recommendations on what brand is good?

Format: 5v5 -AP draft Definition, THRONE GAME.

Description of AP draft
1. Team leader from both sides will have to compete in a toin coss. The winner will be able to draft 1st. ( meaning gets to choose the 1st hero) The loser will choose which side they want i.e. sentinel or scourge

2. The winner choose their 1st hero for their team e.g. 1st pick = Queen of Pain

3. Then the loser choose their 1st pick for their team e.g. 1st pick = Warlock

4. Right now it will be 1.Qop | 1.Warlock ( hero chosen )

5. #2 and #3 will repeat until both teams have 5 heroes chosen.

6. An example of the result of the draft will be like this
1.Qop 2.Vs 3.Chen 4.Thd 5.Sand | 1.Warlock 2.Viper 3.Zeus 4.Veno 5.Rasta

7. The result will be recorded on a piece of paper and both sides will only be allowed to choose these heroes when the game starts.

8. The sentinel side will host the game and type -AP when the game starts. Both teams will then proceed to choose their drafted heroes.
