Asus fonepad 7 battery issue

I just brought this fonepad few day ago, been using for past 4 day,
But the battery seem drain fast, yesterday i start using from 12pm, at 5-6 PM, the battery only left 30%,
Then the back near asus logo is hot, within this 5-6 hour, i may be online using 3G for about 3 hour.
Is anyone using this model fonepad face this problem?

iPhone 5 with scuffgate

I receive my iPhone 5 black 32GB from Gdex which order from digi online store. Noted got one tiny scuff at left edge. Bring to digi center for claim. However, they can claim a new iPhone 5 unit for me.
Then i requesting new set, so the staff there help me report it to digi HQ.
Today i receive call from digi center, the in charge staff told me, they have reply and only can exchange for replacement unit and have the set there if i want to exchange.
She say the replacement unit she can not confirm is new or refurbished, just know is from apple and apple told them is brand new iPhone.
Is that a way to complaint so i can get a 100% new set?
Anyone face this issue?
Or should i go for the replacement unit?
Or just keep my current phone?

Old astro decoder

My home currently using old astro decoder 2nd or 3rd gen i think.
however for the past one week suddenly the decoder have weird behaviour,
only can watch astro at particular time, after that no service available and no satellite signal, then at that particular time only have signal.
Any old decoder astro user face this kind problem?

Dust under my the new iPad screen

My the new iPad still under warranty.
But unfortunately have minir dent at right lower corner, and very minor dent at right upper part.
Just recently noted there is few dust under the screen.
I wonder anyone have any chance to claim from warranty? Since my iPad have 2 minor dent.
Logically i dun think the dust can get in from the dented site.
Any idea how to discuss with apple?

I saw apple online store has different colour of apple new smart case.
currently i am interest in blue or red colour.
What you all think?

The New iPad with dent

i owe the New iPad 32GB wifi plus cellular
however,there is dent at the right side.
Send to apple, apple told me warranty mostly void in future is better to pay for exchange if you want my iPad warranty to continue.
the other thing is i brought my iPad from Senq with 4 year warranty.
just need opinion, will you pay RM1300 for exchange another iPad then the warranty will like normal for the next 4 year?

New iPad or older iPad exchange program

I went to apple service provider in penang.
Asking regarding new iPad out of warranty exchange program price.
They told me that for all new iPad model is RM1300.
Anyone know different price?
Some forum mention that the price is 50% of retail price for the exchange program.
I feel not logic to have this price if ur new iPad model is wifi only 16GB model.

Refurbished the new iPad

I have a the new iPad 32GB wifi plus cellular white colour.unfortunately have dent on it at right lower edge.as far as i know that the warranty can say 100% void.
Planning to spend RM1295 for out of warranty exchange program due to i brought from senheng with 4 year warranty extension by spending RM355.
What i know is most properly i will get a refurbished new iPad set.
Anyone have warranty claim or exchange before?
How was the condition with the refurbished set that received?
Hope i can get some information?
