i'm an admin in this one company
i do normal admin stuff
but i do know little about graphic design and photography
my boss find out that my design works is pleasing to him (i did some of design such as bunting and brochure for my department)

the problem is now he always makes me to do other design work which is not in my job description
should i charge for the work i make or just do what he ask?
please help me
