Here's the thing. I already submitted my resignation 2 months in advance and 2 weeks before my formal resignation my employer suddenly stop my cheque from going through. He said he has the rights to do so due to me "leaving my position". I couldn't come to work for 1 and a half days due to transportation problem(car problem need to tow to the workshop) and even so i did call in to inform them. So now he refuses to pay me my Febuary pay and I am pissed and suppose to work till this month the 14th. Now got this problem I stopped going to work and how should I tackle this problem? I already calles the Jabatan Hak Pekerja and they told me if i work he has to pay me no matter what and if he refuse I should send in a complaint agaisnt him. But I am wondering how effective is that? Is there anyway that can assure that I receive my pay?
