I’ve heard alot about choosing north or south for intermediate houses to prevent getting roasted by the sun.

What about those in corner or endlots houses? Which direction is the best? Or what other actions do you do to prevent yourself from getting roasted

Do you guys call up each developer one by one?
Or go through instagram ads to see what other agents are listing?
Or go through propertyguru to see what are the new launches?

Usually if call up each developer seems to be the most reliable, but there are so many developers...
Propertyguru seems to always be post-launched unsold units

Any sifus here can advise?

This will make around 80 pots, with each pot you get to refill 8 times, each pot around 10 cups.

How do I even make tea out of this??
Take a knife and pinch of around 3-5g and put inside a pot.
Put hot water inside the pot and wait for 3-5 minutes, pour into a cup.
Refill if needed (up to 7 times).

How do you manage to get it at such a low price?
My partner and I purchase it directly from the warehouse in China, cutting out most middle mans.

NUS or NTU?

I came from a UEC student background, I went to a chinese independent school.

Got offered Electrical Engineering from NUS and Computer Engineering from NTU.
I was also offered by SUTD, but I dont think I'd can afford as it is much more expensive.
The thing is, I like technology, so I figured that if I studied Computer Engineering I'd be on a safe side as I'll be studying about both hardware and software.

What I want from the university is to provide me a good stepping stone for future jobs and provide me a great university experience,

What do you guys think? Your opinions are highly appreciated!

Is there anyone currently studying in SUTD/know someone that studies in SUTD?

So far how do you think about the lectures/lifestyle there?

Background info:
SUTD is a new university (6 years) that was established in collaboration with MIT and Zhejiang University.
Fees are more expensive than NUS and NTU (26k compared to 17k, post-tuition grant)

I plan to work in Singapore, would getting into NUS,NTU or SUTD be worth the money?

I plan to take computer engineering, it would cost me around 75k in APU (37k after scholarship) but 200k for NTU and NUS while SUTD would cost me 300k. Would it be worth the money?

For context :

---------------------
- NTU and NUS both provide computer engineering.
- SUTD offers a mash-up of various engineering and design aspects into a single degree. ( I heard the way of teaching there is very good and more hands-on rather than the typical lecture style)
- APU only offers computer science, but it is much cheaper. Around 30 mins drive from my house.
