I got one old vespa circa 1979 in my hometown.

Need /ktards briliance to advice,

1) shall i keep it ori or mod it kao kao?
2) how would u mod/ beautify this model?
3) any restoration guy can recommend? Location @ kuantan, kl, kb or muar, melaka.

4) or i sell it off???

Received a barbaric phone call by lawyer appointer by TM threatening to file a letter of demand on my owings to them.

I filed a complaint to TM on their cibai service in 2012 but they didnt reply. So i called their call center to terminate my service. Guess what? No confirmation from them either.

So i oso no fuck them when they bill me till the stop the service themselve.

Today (3 years later) kena call ask me settle today itself at any TM or have to pay balance and court proceeding fees...

Asking K experts

1) shall i ignore
2) shall i pay full?
3) can nego?

Appreciate advices pls

Posting in /k coz this is where the experts lurks.

1. Bought a condo for investment -VP last year.
2. Started renting to a libyan student from Jan 15
3. 12 months later he say wanna stop renting from Jan 2016
4. Syukor his deposit can cover
5. Damn fucuk receive TNB letter he still owe them 2.5k.

Pls advice how to go about this. Thanks

[update]. Met the guy tonight. When probed, he mentioned his family unable to wire him money due to the war in libya. He is barely making ends meet here too. I suddenly felt bad for him.

I got a quote from a non forumer for the below. do u think it is a fair quote for alarm installations? MYR 2800 for

1) kmax 8 zone alarm system comes with
kmax 7ah battery
2) 2 units of kmax 8 zone keypad
3) 19 units vibration sensor & magnetic content
full set siren box & internal siren
4) include cabling and installation

Hi,

Since we are into the 8th month of the lunar calendar, i will like to start reno on my currently bare house.

Contractor has checked feng shui calendar and advised 11th or 12th Sept as a good date to start reno.

In view that i am no feng shui expert, appreciate forumers advice here.
