COURSE OUTLINE

Session 1

Maintenance Management. Common terms are defined, key features are introduced. The crucial importance of effective maintenance to the wider organisation is explained. Five types of maintenance are discussed highlighting where is each one is the most appropriate to use. Performance management and development of appropriate key performance are all reviewed.
