hello everyone I just bought a Logitech MX518 gaming mouse to replace my crappy Pleomax mice. I have tried everything but I still can't get the scroll wheel to function at all. Almost like it's defective. I was thinking of going back to the shop to claim RMA this weekend but umm folks at Logitech support forum seems to think it's the driver glitch/not being installed properly (P.s i did EVERYTHING they told me , nothing works to fix it) I really hope it's a not a driver glitch (if it is , damn you logitech) Guys who own or have owned this mouse before is it a driver glitch or do I have a defective mouse (scroll wheel)?

*Edit* The scroll wheel does not scroll up or down , instead only works when i Press it down meaning it's not functioning as a "scroll wheel" lol
Seriously , 100bucks on a mouse that has no scroll wheel

I was adding case fans to my newly build rig today , of course I did the precautionary touching of the psu for that eletro static something that's advised in DYI websites. My case is a Coolermaster Elite 330 and graphic card , 7600gs Sonic. I was holding a screwdriver when I heard something like "tuck" or the sound similar to when you drop a scew on metal. So I finished adding all the case fans to the case and powered on , monitor light was on (yellow light) and all the harddrive , pc power on ligths were working but the screen stayed blank. I checked and rechecked if the cables were loose and I'm about to try it with a spare monitor right now. Is there anything I missed before I send this baby for RMA?

* I noticed something , there is a sort of like liquidish melted metal looking oil coming out of one of the chips on the VGA. I don't think it was present before.

Anyhow , I'll update once I tested it with another monitor.

Edit : If it's a shop , I'm located in KL. Online shops such as PCGAME.COM.MY don't seem to have them but if you know one that does have this game title please let me know. I'll also buy used if you have this game but in CD_ROM format (not DVD)

broadband speed

Hello , Today While browsing and downloading a bunch of softwares like Antivirus (Note : reformated my Computer today) I noticed my internet connection speed was EXTREMELY slow so I did some googling and stumbled onto a couple of "test my broadband speed" websites.

This was my result :

I'm getting 2kb/s or 17kbps , I don't know if it's the reformating that caused this or the cable repairs are still in work *taiwan earth quake* or broadband service provider but I appeal for help , please help me. umm something I "thnk" I should add , My PC connects to a host pc and sometimes my broadband speed is 20 times faster than the host pc's when browsing or downloading. Wondering what you guys are getting with the speed test , also any tips on what might be the problem *wrong configuration* and what not. While playing games , the pings remain the same at around 120~166 on average but downloading the browsing is EXTREMELY slow.

Hi , first time posting in the handphone section lol

Do any of you Handphone guru's know where i can get Housing for the Sony Ericsson K608i? In black colour .

I've asked around and e-mailed dozens of contacts that Sony ericsson recommended . So far , hopless.

Does ANYONE know/seen a shop selling Housings for the phone model I have?
I've preety much enquired from every Phone shop i know.

typical answer "K608i is an AP set , cannot order"

I plan on overclocking this proc to 3.Oghz for now , with future plans to somewhere around 3.8ghz.

FSB = 150
MULTIPLIER = 20

150x20= 3ghz

From my understanding , a DDRII533 should be more than enough for oc'ing it to

4GHZ = 200 <FSB> x 20 <MULTIPLIER>

A DDRII533 is 266mhz so should suffice..

OR NOT lol please advice
