            <title>Unifi Fraud. Anyone kena?</title>

            <description>Did anyone experience that Sign up for VIP 5(RM149) and get VIP 10 (RM199) which only notice after 3 month (i myself who call to find out why i didn&amp;#39;t receive first bill) as the first bill never come. They told me it&amp;#39;s tke 1 month to investigate but now already more than 3 month and yet get reply. I had paid for first 3 moth for additional RM 50 and decide to stop pay until they put me back to the right package which they agreed. But, my unifi was cut after 3 month and the bill keep charging for additional one month which i had tme to return the modem. They Customer service then also tell me to wait on the final bill....which later, i got a letter from their agent on behalf on TM to ask me settle within 7 days for the wrong package which is accumulate RM1000. This mean i had paid additional RM 400.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First of all, when i check, they told me my address was wrong and giving wrong address which i totally don&amp;#39;t know where isit....it is a joke to tell me they don&amp;#39;t know my address while their unifi had installed in my house?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2nd, my contact number was  wrong number whereby there is a land line installed at my home which they could call anytime.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3rd, my Email was not the email that i stated in the application form.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4th, they told me someone had change my package few days later from VIP5 to VIP10.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5th After i sign up, about 2 days, Unifi call me to confirm the installation date which i had take leave and wait which they never come. I call them the next day and the staff told me the installation date was changed which they fail to inform me. Later on, i just find out that the change of the installation date  was due to the change of package from VIP 5 to VIP 10 which the fake number was put in there. Since i had call to confirm tanother date, so they just come to install and never tell me anything of those false information and package changes. Funny is, they never stated the what package at the receipt which they install the unifi. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, i received the letter demand me to pay full amount with the wrong package they assisgned to me. I feel like there is a fraud by the agent which they could claim more with higher package. WTH i need VIP10 while i am the one and my sister is using only....Should i do the full payment and made a police report later with a legal action? i don&amp;#39;t know whether it worth or not as it bothering me and make wasted my time to follow up and receive such letter from their agent....</description>
