I also have credit card loans of rm5k for whole of 2014, this is really burdenin n i Was thinking of taking up personal,loan of 3-5 years to pay of all debts n pay the cards slowly..

Dear all,

need help urgently.

I just found out a local bank has charged me a transaction of rm3000++ for the life insurance i have signed a year ago, the agent told me will call & service me every year to make payment, but none and i got charged again.

reason being is, this is a life insuranve and i dont need it at all!

how can i cancel this transaction from my credit card? it is dated 23rd oct.

please help

Which part in S&P states if a purchasers bankrupt or unable to pay/didnt play loan for few months:

1) the property belongs to Developer

or

2) the property belongs to bank(financier?)

cant find the exact sentence that means it..

can anyone advise? or is there any clue that states it?

Dear all,

I booked a unit 6 months ago with RM3,000 as booking fee, however, my loan failed and from then on i'm waiting for booking fee refunded.

However, yesterday, one agent from showroom called me and said someone is interested in my unit, they pay me the original amount of RM3000 instead of RM2400(-RM600 for admin fee) with new owner cheque.

But new owner can only give me when the transaction of unit is agreed and approved by management.

I agreed

My question is, can this be done? will i receive my cheque and will there be no trouble?? scam/cheat??

Dear all,

I really need your help to advise here..

My first property.

I placed a booking on a property at July,2012 and right after applied my loan and receive a successful notification on early Sept,2012...

Right after that, I went to sales office to sign S&P and that is on end Sept..

My frustration is, I waited for the stamping for 1.5months(dont know normal or not?) can i cancel the purchase of this property? Even when they inform me this S&P has been stamped?? I've called and follow up and those legal people always tell me to wait and wait..i really lost patience already and dream of my property every morning.
