Ram Error - Should I warranty the RAM?

I have 2 x 1GB DDR2 667MHz Corsair ValueSelect RAMs and recently I just started to play World of Warcraft. Everytime, after playing for 15~30mins, my PC either restarts or the game hangs.

I followed the troubleshooting guide from the Wow site and ran the Microsoft Windows Memory Diagnostic program to test my RAMs. During the test, my RAMs would fail the 1st 4 ~ 5 tests and then it hangs.

I had been playing Titan Quest, Loki without any problem. The only one persistent problem is with a game called Farm Frenzy which always hangs after more than 30mins of the game. The game however ran fine on another of my PC.

Now I am wondering should I warranty it? Is it normal for the ValueSelect RAM to be like that or it's just my bad luck? Would they exchange it straight away as I bought my RAM about some 2~3months ago?

Any advice, plz?

PS: The PC with this problem is my wife's PC. The specs should be shown below..

Hi, need help on how to activate the 14 days trial for Lord Of The Ring Online. I have installed the game and updated it to the latest patch, but how can i play the game? when i logs on it says need activation or something like that. Can anybody help plz?

Help! HIS X1950 Pro Graphics Card Problem!

I just bought a new system -
AMD Athlon X2 4600+ 2.4GHz Processor,
2x 1GB Corsair Ram,
1 x HIS Radeon X1950 Pro 512MB DDR3 IceQ 3 Turbo Graphics Card,
1 x Seagate 160GB HDD
1 x RaidMax RX-520XP PSU.

The system is ok until I play a 3D Graphics intensive games like, Quake 4, Neverwinter Night 2, FEAR.

Initially when the games starts, the graphics are very nice, the game also runs smoothly, but sometimes about 5~10 mins into the game, the screen starts to show diagonal lines of diamond-shaped holes across the whole screen. Sometimes, there are also some red and white vertical lines across the screen. The game still runs, but the graphics will worsen. And after I exit from the games, the Windows desktop screen is also affected. After I rebooted the PC, the screen goes back to normal.

Playing normal games, not 3D graphic intensive, like Mo Siang online is ok. I did not try other games yet, which i believe as long it is not 3D graphic intensive, there should be no problem. I also did not encounter any other problem, just this.
I have tried reinstalling the card, turning a fan blowing full speed on the card (without the casing side panel of course) and reinstalling different versions of the driver but the problem still exists.

Can anybody out there please give me some advice?
