Hello people, with a heavy heart, I'm letting my truck go. Looking forward to something different. It's as good as a truck gets but just wanting to try something else so I've got to move on from it.

It's a 2016 Nissan Navara NP300. VL Spec, which means it gains a full leather interior, LED headlights and bigger rims over the V. The VL also puts out 190BHP with 450NM of torque, more than the V.

It is in Savanna Orange. Registered in October 2016. It's a 10 month old truck with 14,xxx kilometres on it. Went through its third service in June 2017 at 9,4xx KMs. Full Tan Chong Nissan service history.

The truck has only been run on Euro 5M diesel. Regular Diesel is also possible. Truck has never seen any off roading except for when these photos were taken. Only used to commute to Uni and back. Truck is already fitted with NP300 door visors and full Huper Optik tint is already applied. Full front and rear high quality coil mats also in use. Truck is well taken cared off as it's never seen any rough use.

I'm looking to get RM93,000 for it. Definitely negotiable. Brand new VL Spec retails at RM125,800. A RM32,800 saving for basically a less than a year old brand new truck. Will throw in the PATRIOT number plate with the sale.

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 7-9 Steering Wheel

Hey guys, was contemplating on changing my steering for my Proton Wira once again as my cheapo Perdana replica steering is worsening in condition.

Aftermarket steering wheels are out of the question as I honestly, no offence, hate the look of them in my car.

So I have thought of getting an Evo 7-9 Momo Steering wheel to install into my car. Could anyone who knows how, explain to me how to do it as I know an aftermarket boss-kit wouldn't work.

I have asked around and there are people who have installed them into Perdanas which has the same connector with the Wira but with some modifications done.

Can anyone recommend me a place where it can be done. It means I will get the steering wheel myself and I would need to know where to do the modification to make it fit into my Wira.

Your help and suggestions are much appreciated. Thank you.

Need some help regarding rental house

Hey guys, was just looking for some help regarding a house rental issue. This is how the story goes.

My grandfather has a house that he usually rents out for long periods of time and he doesn't have a written contract with the tenant.

There is this family who moved in back in 2014 and since last year my grandfather has been trying to ask them to move out but to no avail. They haven't moved out at all and are refusing to do so. For the last 2 months they haven't been paying the rent and that was the last straw and have now asked my dad to try solve the matter but even he doesn't know how to proceed or where to start from.

My dad called him personally and asked him to bank in the 2 months payment supposedly by yesterday noon and if he did, he can stay till August and move out but he failed to do so. My dad called him again the evening and he claimed that my dad was talking to him rudely and that he isn't gonna pay up or move out.

My dad has now asked my grandfather to cut the electricity and water supply tomorrow.

I just need any suggestions on other ways to help get them out and how to proceed or what can I do to start somewhere?

My supervisor said there is a public parking nearby but I'm not sure exactly where as I'm not familiar with the place.

Hey guys, I don't know if this question has been asked before but I was wondering to get some input on the Nissan RB25 engine. I've always wanted to get a BNR34 Skyline but a GT-R is out of the question because of the price so I have found a nice looking GT-T that comes with a RB25 which looks clean but I know clean doesn't mean perfect.

So I was wondering if any of you guys here know much more about this engine and how much I would be looking at to spend for maintenance if I were to get it. It's a year 2000 model btw.

My question are:

1) How is the fuel consumption, manual gearbox? I drive approx 20km+ everyday city driving and 70km+ on the weekends on highways.
2) What can I expect to replace on the engine after aged almost 16 years now. 100k km on the clock.
3) What's the cost for a regular service interval, oil change and sorts?
4) What are the major services I would have to know about?

And other input is also welcomed about the engine.

Shillong: Former President APJ Abdul Kalam, a popular President between 2002 and 2007, passed away on Monday after he collapsed during a lecture in Shillong.

Kalam (84) took ill at a function in Shillong and was rushed to the hospital, M Kharkrang, SP Khasi Hills, said.
The former President collapsed during a lecture at the Indian Institute of Management in Shillong at around 6.30 pm and was taken to the hospital. TV reports earlier said that Kalam suffered a massive cardiac arrest at the function at IIM Shillong.
He had been admitted to the ICU at the hospital.
"The former president was brought almost dead to our hospital. He is in a critical condition. We are trying to revive the patient," John Sailo Ryntathiang, director of Bethany Hospital, had told IANS.
"He is in the Intensive Care Unit. We are examining him. We suspect that it could be cardiac arrest," Sailo had said.
Meghalaya Governor V Shanmughanathan and Chief Secretary PBO Warjri visited Bethany hospital where Kalam has been admitted.
Chief Secretary PBO Warjiri told reporters outside the hospital that he had spoken to Union Home Secretary LC Goyal asking for necessary arrangements to be made for carrying Kalam's body from Guwahati to Delhi on Tuesday morning.
The Meghalaya Governor, along with state government officials and defence personnel, will accompany his body to New Delhi, according to Times Now.
Government will declare national mourning for seven days, said Union Home Secretary LC Goyal.
Earlier during the day, Kalam had tweeted about his function at IIM Shillong.

So today I decided to go take the leap of faith by installing iOS 9.0 Beta 1 for my iPhone 5. I know this would be quite a risk since first release betas always are prone to bugs, but since the iPhone was just a secondary phone, I decided to do so. First impressions, it was better than the terrible iOS 8.0 Beta 1.

Issues I experienced so far.

10/06/2015

7:37PM
- Battery life sucks.
- Abit laggy at times.
- When you first use the globe to go to your next keyboard, the tip message that needs to be dismissed by pressing OK, is unpressable. Go to home screen > Spotlight search and do it with the keyboard there.
- iCloud tab in Settings sometimes jams and doesn't allow you to go back, just close and open the app again.
- Siri sometimes slows down and takes time to answer or just has errors.

10:10PM
- Had to restart device because wallpaper didn't show up on the home screen and was greeted with a long boot up screen and then no carrier. Only displayed 'iPhone', but calls and data connection was normal, just didn't know what data connection I was getting and the signal strength. Reset Network Settings under General > Reset solved the issue.

11/06/2015

- Experienced first ever springboard crash and restart. Its not the whole system reboot but just the springboard restart, took around 5 seconds. Needed to Reset Network Settings again.

12/06/2015

- Left the phone with data, WiFi and the rest off at 12:15am and woke up at 9:30, battery percentage dropped from 72% to 24%. Wtf?
- Second Springboard crash and restart and Network Settings had to be reset again.
- Sent SMS can't be seen when sent, have to close Messages app and reopen I to see it.
- When you wanna add a new contact to device from WhatsApp, the add new contact screen doesn't allow you to input the name. Have to go into Calls app just to add the name again.

The pros.

- Nice new app switcher, card like, scrolling through able to see all apps in a better way.
- New spotlight search is okay, more features.
- Best is the QuickType function for the keyboard, can do gestures to select, highlight and all that kinda stuff.
- The new San Francisco font looks more pleasing to the eye.
- Features in the Notes app kinda nifty.

So far, that's what I've discovered playing with the Beta. Not gonna update it on my iPad 2 though since the multitasking feature is only available for iPad Air 2 only.
