Company paying less commission for last year

Guys, need some advice here.

My company has been paying less commission than is should be for last year, for few months.

I have raise this issue to HR and related business unit, at least a proper discussion regarding to the issues but they seems like not really want to help by answering get back to me soon.

I am planning to bring up this issue to certain government department or anyone that able to assist after giving them a deadline.

May I know what is the process or which department I should seeking for advice?

Socket without earthing

Hi guys,

I just realized my 13amp socket comes without earthing.

Is there anything i need to worry?
Any simple and less costly way to fix this without getting electrocuted in the future?

Hi I am currently work as sales executive.
I have switched to current company just early of 2023.
Current company is looking for expanding their business but the progress is stalling and slow until recently.
I am expecting will not fully started another next 1 or 2 months until the product is ready.

Now i have been offered by another company with 15% increment with travel expenses claim.

Is jumping to new company at this short period good for me?

My current job is a retail sales, and previously an outdoor sales. Recently I got an offer for outdoor sales job from new company but in different field.

I prefer some outdoor sales job rather than stay inside.
