Urgent property queries

Hi sifu, I have a situation here. Super urgent

1. Assuming a booking of Rm 5k already received for a property. However, the seller suddenly u turn and say not to sell. How much to reimburse the buyer. I heard it should double the amount to be reimbursed to the buyer (ex 5k x 2 = 10k)

2. On top of that, should the agent should be compensated as well for all the hard work? If yes, how much is the rate?

Thanks all

CPA DISCUSSION - CONFUSED

Any of you enrolled and completed their CPA.

Knowingly that CPA has 6 foundation paper and 6 advanced paper, would like to confirm on the exemption.

I am graduate with degree majoring in Accounting & Finance (graduated year 2010)- (I think CPA only accept transcript no older than 10 years, meaning 2020 is my last year to enrol if i want to get exemption)

Being said, how can i get the exemption status?

I rang them up and they say i need to enroll online and upload all the transcript and degree cert and pay the admin fees of about RM 500+(non-refundable). From there, they will then assess my qualifications and will only let me know if what exemption I have.

My concern is that, if i really dont have any exemption and I have to start will all the 6 foundation papers, I need to think further then.

Can anyone share their experience on this?
