When the traffic light on my side turn green i wait for a few sec to confirm that there is no ppl pass red light. Because this accident happen in semenyih which many bikers and car will pass red light if there is no car around. Once my fren and i confirm is clear we move but the moment we in the middle of the road a bike pass me and success avoid knocking me(our side are green light). unexpectedly his fren(another bike male with a passenger female not able to avoid and knock on me. The female passenger fly out from her bike and was send to hospital as soon the incident happen.<br /><br />They admit is their fault and they willing to settle everything by making polis report and claim his insurance. They ask me to fill a form which is a company that specialised in vehicle accident and claims &amp; breakdown service on the name card he give me than we can report police. He said what polis settle this by seeing our form if u dont fill we cant report, or in the other way report also no use he said.
