Macbook Big Sur Cycle Number vs Batt Health

Before Mac OS Big Sur, we always took the Macbook batt cycle number as Battery Health, the lower number the better. Especially when u buy/sell used Macbook.
But since Big Sur there is an option to display current Battery capacity in %. And proven lower cycle number isn't the best Battery performance. For those who 24H plug in their Macbook to power brick, the batt max capacity will still deteriorate.

This is mine with only 60 cycle count but the max capacity only 91%.
How about yours?

Can water heater cause reducing water pressure?

My water pressure comming out from the water heater has been very low. But once i bypass the shower head to bypass water heater, the pressure had increase by almost 1.5x

Is normal for water heater can cause reducing water pressure? or its time for me to replace my water heater?

Esim on iPhone

The eSim model iphone could add several profile and set either 1 as active at the same times.

If i format my phone, restore from iCloud backup, will the eSim profile will be restore back? or i need to bring to Service centre add again?
I'm asking this is want to know if reset/format iphone while not in Malaysia what will be happen?

USA Oversea staff travel for business trip

For MNC company staff in Malaysia travel to USA for business trip, the company will pay staff around USD50/day for meal allowance.

How about USA staff eg. Intel, HP staff from USA come Malaysia for business trip, do they get paid same amount USD50 as well? or they paid nothing because their salary is already higher than Malaysia.
