Hi,

I would like to know this TOD (Doorstep - 200m from LRT/MRT) project is a good buy for investor consider the location at KL, all sort of facilities (GYM, Pool) available.
Understand that this kind of project bring a lot of convenience but at the same time also bring a lot of noise to the residence.

Hi,

I'm buying an 1080sqft 4Bedroom and 2 Bathroom condo and would like to know the estimation cost for build in wardrobe for room, bathroom and tv cabinet those.
Kitchen cabinet developer will provide so I will not take this into costing.

Anyone mind to share the estimation on how much you spent on all these to make my condo fully furnished before rent out? Would like to calculate my ROI

Recently buying a condo with partly furnished with kitchen cabinet, and basic toilet equipment, and floor tiles.

Would like to know how much cost needed for a condo at 1080sqft, 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms if i need build in wardrobe for room and toilet, including the plaster ceiling.

Renovation enough for me to rent out will do.

I would like to share my experiance for this laptop.

I've ordered my HP Pavilion since last month but due to the crack of LCD, i need to wait for replacement of unit and until now only i receive my laptop in good condition. It's suffering waiting the replacement as i''m keep calling them weekly to follow up the progress. Within this period, i've to say and admit that HP service is totally S*X, maybe this not for whole staff but i'm totally not happy with their service.

I've called up many times and the staff say there is no log in the system, cannot trace back who is the person support me last time. How do i know which person who picked up my call? Why there is no any remark in the system? For me they are just trying to let themself out of trouble by not logging their name into system. They even simply pass the ext to other person and there is no1 picking up, wasting my time and credit waiting there.
Remember to ask for the person name next time you call for HP support

Ok now .. I've received my laptop and this time is in good condition. The wrapping of the laptop is much more better compared to the previous 1, i guess they afraid to break the laptop during the delivering process? Who cares .. i get my laptop now!!

First time i switch on my laptop, it takes really a long time to load due to first time for vista, many things to configure and also the bloatware inside. You will notice HP installed many annoying bloatware which is not necessary for you, and some of them even is 60 days trial bla bla. For me i'm totally want a fresh and clean installed vista and a clean install is a MUST for me, some of you might accept by just uninstalling the bloatware but there is too much for it.

For those who want perform Clean installation for the laptop, this is the guide for you. I've tried to perform the clean install and is working fine for me and work like charm. Thanks to Orev who created this guide. The only problem here is my Quick Play button not working as this is common problem for HP user after clean install. For me without the quick button is not a big issue for me.

One thing i notice that this laptop is quite hot if there is any heavy usage in process. Once i lift up my laptop, everything seem to be OK, i believe the air flow at the bottom of laptop is not that good and currently i just lift up my laptop by putting some books below it. A laptop cooler will help you much and i'm gonna getting a Zalman cooler for it.
I've used it to chatting, online surfing together with listening Mp3, the temp so far is normal without lifting up.

* Touch pad is too reflective and just like a mirror. The interface is not good for a touch pad but soon you will get adapt with it. There is a on/off button for touch pad to avoid interfere with it while you typing. Scroll bar is working fine but not for all application. (Not a big issue for me)

* Speaker is clear and loud enough for me and this is why i like HP laptop. I've tried to switch the speaker to maximum volume and there is no cracking or any burst sound. Of cos i'm not putting at max volume always to increase my volume life term.

* For the quick touch button, is quite sensitive and able to trigger even i put a layer of keyboard skin to protect it. So far there is no problem with all the quick touch just only the "Quick Play" button is not working after i perform clean install. If any1 able to make it works kindly share out.
When my laptop is off, i swipe my finger on any of the button it will auto on, don't know is normal for DV series laptop?

I haven't do the undervolt setting as i need more time on testing to avoid BSOD. So far i've only performed clean install on my laptop, will keep you guys update with the result

The laptop is great and the only Cons are :
1. Air flow of laptop is not good, probably a cooler is needed.
2. Installed with many bloatwares
3. Mirror look touch pad interface
