JPA loans for twinning studies

Hi everyone, I am a Law student in INTI International University. The Law programme in INTI is in the form of credit transfer which students get to choose from a list of UK universities where they will be doing their 2nd and/or 3rd year and will be graduating with a qualifying law degree from that particular partner university.

I heard that recently as JPA had cancelled the offerings of scholarships for overseas studies, the department had initiated a loan scheme to assist and preserve overseas studies opportunities. I have a few questions for those who have previously successfully obtained the loan scheme.

1. Do they still offer the scheme?

If yes,

2. Is it applicable for twinning or credit transfer programme?

3. What are the procedures to apply for it?

4. Are successful applicants bound with a contract to work for the state upon graduation?

5. Academic requirements to obtain the loans.

6. Interest rates

Hi everyone, I am a prospective law degree student and planned to study in BAC for UK transfer degree programme.

Anyone who studied before in BAC would be appreciated for his/her willingness to provide details of the college with regards to:

-Accommodation and distance from campus
-Dining
-Sporting
-Facilities
-Transport (back to JB) p/s: distance from KL Sentral station?
-Lecturers
-Class size
-Population of student
-Quality
-Entertainment
-Library

And overall what university or college you recommend for LLB?
