Reckless Driver Driving Against Traffic Direction

yltoh — Thu, 09 Oct 2014 17:10:53 +0800

9th October 2014 2:10pm

A white Toyota Vios, queing on the direction in front of Honda Sales Center,USJ1, was very impatient as the traffic light was red in color.

The next thing he did was, he swerved into the opposite lane, driving against traffic direction despite so many oncoming cars.

And guess what?

There was a t junction in front, and obviously, he was already on the wrong lane, yet he speed past all other cars responding to the green light.

It was too quick and i couldn't even see his car reg no.This ******* doesn't care for the safety of other motorist. He needs to be taught before something bad happen in future.

Anyone who witness this please pm me his car reg no if u can remember.Thank You!

I'll summarize his wrong doings
1)driving on the opposite direction(just like in a movie) despite so many on coming vehicles
2)drove past a red like like nobody's biz when the opposite lane was responding to the green light.( exactly like the Ferrari/Taxi accident in Singapore)

Rumors has been spreading around since mid of this year that the above mentioned company has been keen to open a casino in JB.

What to expect is they will be facing strong objections from certain parties and groups. In order to counter this, they would need the backing of influential figures.

However, all these are just rumors.

Are we benefiting from REBATES?

yltoh — Tue, 08 Oct 2013 22:19:19 +0800

As often, developers offer buyers with rebates.. usually 5-10%. However, the price stated on the s&p is the price before rebate.

So in order to obtain a 90% loan, it is based on the s&p price, not the price after rebate as the price after rebate will never be the price stated on the s&p.

So in this case, we are paying a higher monthly repaymenst as it is not based on the price after rebate but based on the s&p price.

I'm thinking are we really benefiting from this rebate scheme?
