Just bought an asus x451ca yesterday. But trying to look for warranty sticker everywhere but there is none. There is no asus seal on the laptop too.

My question is my warranty void? How is asus gonna verify whether my laptop serial number matches what they have on system?

I will also be going to australia so i am concerned whether my warranty claim will be rejected in aus or not. Help!

I will be leaving the country next sunday to start a new life in australia. My passport will be expiring in may 2015. So should i renew my passport now or later when i come back for holidays?

My concern is if i renew nw....i will rugi as i have 1 more year of validity. But if i dont renew nw...got chance unable to take leave to come back malaysia to renew. Advices?

Hi all. I understand that before we go out of Malaysia, our passport validity must not be less than 6 months before expiry. But how about entering into Malaysia? Must our passport be at least 6 months before expiry? Will the departing country immigration stop you or malaysia don't let you enter? Thanks!

Can someone give me an approximate breakdown and total amount of damage for a Wira SE 1.5A. The visible damages are broken right wheel driveshaft. Right tyre and rim is gone. These are the ones that is known. Still don't know the extent of the internal damage, if any. I don't want to be rip off by mechanics. Thanks!

Does any1 know whether for cars above 7 years, what are the extra "charges" or "terms & conditions" that applies? I seem unable to access etiqa website for these two days already.

So, if I make a claim on my insurance, will I be subjected to excess and/or betterment? Also, seems like my insurance policy has something call Excess All Claims. What does this means? As I understand there should be a schedule detailing the "excess". Thanks!

Report police for traffic accident

Will I get traffic summon by police if the accident occured as I was trying to avoid banging the car but instead my car sustained damage due to bang kerb etc. And the thing now is, I do not have the car details as happen too fast. Also, non of our vehicles bang each other. Thanks!

Accident...want to claim insurance

Hi all,

Had accident recently. Accident seems major and even if I lose NCB.....only lose RM200. My question now is, I wanna claim insurance, but must I claim only from panel workshops? Or fren workshop also can? Because I have a mechanic friend which is trusted but he does not seem to be on the panel workshop list.

Also, I am using Etiqa insurance. My 1st choice will be to get my car towed to my fren workshop to get a damage assessment and quotation. Does Etiqa cover this kind of towing? As it is stated that I will have free unlimited towing service. And, if I were to go ahead with claims, is towing to police station covered?

Pls help. Noob here. 1st time accident. So dunno what are the procedures like. Btw, I didnt get a look at the car that make me accident. Too fast and cabut.
